In short: the games are free to play for fun, please play fair with the site, and the games come as they are.

Who we are

playogames.com is run by Olivia Renee Studio, LLC (“we” or “us”). By using the site or playing its games, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Free to play

The games are free, and there is nothing to buy on the site and no account to make. Some games also have a page on itch.io, where you can choose to support them. That is optional and handled by itch.io under its own terms.

Using the site

You’re welcome to play the games and share links to them. Please don’t:

  • copy, re-host or sell the games or their content, or put them on another website, except where a licence listed on our Credits page allows it;
  • try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, its servers or the games, or get around their protections, including by sending automated requests in bulk;
  • use the site in any way that breaks the law.

What belongs to whom

The games, their names, artwork, text, music and sound, and the site’s design belong to Olivia Renee Studio, LLC, except the parts made by others, which we use under their licences and list on the Credits page. Names of songs, artists and other works mentioned in a game belong to their owners and are used only to refer to them.

Your progress

Games save your progress and settings in your browser, on your device. Clearing your browser’s data, playing in a private window or switching to another device or browser can lose them. We never receive them, so we can’t restore them.

Changes to the games

We update the games often. We may change, rebalance or remove any game or feature at any time, and a change can affect saved progress.

The site and the games link to other sites, such as itch.io and the App Store and Google Play pages of our apps. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for them.

The games come as they are

We work hard to make the games fun and reliable, but the site and the games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We don’t promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Olivia Renee Studio, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress or data, that comes from using the site or the games. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
